Petition regarding a garden, 1921
Petition to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin regarding the documents that Mirza Muhammad Karim should receive (to present in the court) about a garden called Karim (known as Karim Luti garden). One of the documents is a sale agreement of Bibi Kawkab Sultan and Mashhadi Lutf Allah with Sayyid Muhammad ‘Ali ‘Allaf [forage seller] over one-sixth of Karim Luti garden for twenty tumans and the duration of one year.

Petition to evacuate the barn
Petition written by the wife of Muhammad Hasan (son of the late Haji ‘Ali Riza Tajir [the merchant]) to the Friday prayer leader of Fars, requesting to write a note to Mi‘mar-bashi [the architect] asking him to evacuate her barn. Upon her husband’s request, she had rented the barn to Mi‘mar-bashi for fifty tumans, which her husband, Muhammad Hasan, had received. As she has now sold the barn to Muhammad Baqir, she expects Mi‘mar-bashi to vacate the property in exchange for fifty tumans.

Sayyid Muhammad Riza's complaint about rent, 1917
Claim by Sayyid Muhammad Riza Zari‘ [the farmer], son of the late Sayyid Haydar ‘Ali, against ‘Abd al-Husayn and ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, sons of the late Abu al-Qasim Tajir [the merchant] from Dihdasht, regarding a property, from which ‘Abd al-Ghaffar gets two-sixths, and ‘Abd al-Husayn gets four-sixths of its rent. ‘Abd al-Husayn states that half of his share is his own, one-fourth of it is ‘Abd al-Ghaffar's, one-eighth his mother's, and the other one-eighth is his sister's.

Sale agreement between Abu al-Qasim, son of Haji Mulla Muhammad Qasim Iran-virdi, and Karbalayi Aqa Buzurg Makkari, son of the late Haji Abu al-Hasan from Kazirun, over one-sixth of a house located in Sarduzak neighborhood, for one hundred and fifty tumans; Aqa Muhammad Hadi, son of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali, and Kawkab Sultan, wife of the deceased Haji, confirm this agreement and mention that they have no benefits in it.

Haj Muhammad's endowments
The first item includes four documents attached to each other: In the first one, dated June 15, 1832, Haj Muhammad, known as Haj Aqa Buzurg Sahib, the son of Fazl Allah Sultan, endows a house and five shops to Ta‘ziyah performers, assigns his children as the guardians, and names Mirza Abu Talib (who has since passed away) as the overseer. In the next three documents, dated January 2, 1829, Haji Muhammad, known as Haji Aqa Buzurg, endows a house located in the Masjid-i Naw neighborhood to Aqa ‘Abd al-Hasani; the contract was effected by Mirza ‘Ali Ardakani and Aqa Mirza Muhammad Sadiq, Mulla...

Power of attorney, 1915
Power of attorney given by Khanum ‘Iffat al-Hajiyah and Khanum Quds al-Saltanah to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get two rugs belonging to ‘Iffat al-Hajiyah, four hundred tumans debt to both, along with rent, from Mu’taman al-Vizarah and also to ask him to evacuate. The lawyer's fee will be paid in three installments. ‘Iffat al-Hajiyah and Quds al-Saltanah's seals are at the end of the document.
